Ursa Minor

It’s a fast five Q&A with Ursa Minor Brewing, located about 95km south of Burns Lake on Ootsa Lake. Not only is there great beer but cabins/tenting and food!

I1) What makes your brewery stand out?

It’s the most remote brewery in BC.

2) Dogs or Cats?

Dogs but cats are okay in an evil way.

3)You are stranded on an island and you can only have one style of beer...what is it?

Pale Ale Columbus cause it’s old school Dank .

4)What is a hidden gem(business/activity etc.) in your area?

Fishing and hunting.

5)What is unique about your beer?

We make some refreshing saisons with local fruits and vegetables.

6) What turned you on to Craft beer? 

Back in the 80s I lived in Seattle and my friends bought Redhook ESB from Ballard Brewing.
